Royalson Electronics – TV Repair Service in Hyderabad

Welcome to Royalson Electronics. By using our TV repair services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Agreement
Royalson Electronics provides TV repair and maintenance services for LED, LCD, OLED, and Smart TVs.
Customers must provide accurate details about the TV model, issue, and service requirements.
Our technicians will assess the issue and provide an estimated repair cost before proceeding with any service.
2. Warranty and Repairs
We offer a 30-day service warranty on all repairs unless stated otherwise.
The warranty covers only the repaired parts and does not include damage caused by mishandling, electrical issues, or external factors.
If the same issue reoccurs within the warranty period, we will re-evaluate and repair it free of charge, provided no external damage has occurred.
3. Payment and Charges
Service charges will be informed before repair work begins.
Payment must be made in full upon completion of the service.
We accept payments via cash, UPI, and bank transfers.
Any additional parts required for repair will be charged separately and confirmed with the customer before replacement.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Customers can cancel their service request before the technician arrives at no extra cost.
If cancellation occurs after diagnosis, a nominal inspection fee will be charged.
No refunds will be provided once the repair work has been completed.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must ensure the TV is accessible for repair at the scheduled time.
Any personal data stored in Smart TVs must be backed up before service.
Royalson Electronics is not responsible for any loss of data, settings, or third-party apps on Smart TVs during repair.
6. Liability and Limitations
We are not responsible for issues that arise due to pre-existing damage or unauthorized previous repairs.
Royalson Electronics is not liable for any accidental damage or power-related failures that may occur after repair.
Any damage to external accessories (such as remotes, cables, or mounts) during service is the customer's responsibility.
7. Home Service Policy
Our technicians provide on-site repair services where possible.
In cases where the repair cannot be completed at the customer's location, the TV may need to be taken to our service center.
Customers will receive a service receipt with details of the repair and estimated return time.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of Hyderabad courts.
